International Dinner: Cinco de Mayo!

The theme for our last dinner was mexican to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
Our dinner consisted of :

chicken tacos with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guac, onions, and cilantro by Caily Percy

pinto beans and rice (not pictured) by Caily Percy

Guac by Amy sark and heres the finished plate

For appetizers we had

Margarita Shrimp Bites by Me

And for dessert I made…

Tres Leches Cupcakes 🙂
