1. The Golden Gate Bridge- San Francisco
Le Pont du Golden Gate
Make sure to walk across the bridge for the full experience.
Fun Fact: The bridge was not called the Golden Gate for its color. It actually refers to the Golden Gate Strait which is the entrance the the San Francisco Bay from the Pacific Ocean.
2. Pier 39
Theres some great touristy stores and restaurants here like the Hard Rock Café and Bubba Gumps.
3. Alcatraz
There is a really interesting audio tour that explains stories about famous inmates like Al Pacino. I’m not a huge museum person, but I found this place really interesting.
4. In-N-Out
Make sure to try the animal-style fries. There are also many other items on the secret menu. Check it out!
Fun Fact: All of the wrappers and cups have bible references on them because of the owners Christian beliefs. For example, under the cups, it quotes the bible, “John 3:16—“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
5. Yosemite
Make sure to camp if you go. It is such a great experience. Also, for those of you who aren’t fond of camping like me, there are bathrooms and showers available right in the campsites and bathrooms on every trail.
Fun Fact: The Native American people from Yosemite were the Ahwahneechee Indians.
6. Beaches on the Central Coast
My favorites are Pismo Beach and Avila.
7. The Madonna Inn
Each of the rooms and suites have a unique theme and design. Also, there is a waterfall urinal in the men’s bathroom which is part of the reason why we came here haha.
Fun Fact: The Madonna Inn was first built as a normal motel. About 8 years later, there was a fire and the motel was burned down. A year after that, it was rebuilt with each room having a unique design as it is today.
8. Santa Barbara
This is one of the most beautiful places in California in my opinion.
9. Hollywood
Make sure to stroll along the walk of fame and find all of your favorite celebrities stars.
10. Venice Beach
The Ocean Front Walk is a two and a half mile walk with performers, fortune tellers, artists, and vendors. It is the home for Los Angeles’ early poets and artists which made this place the cultural center that it is today.
Make sure to visit the Muscle Beach Gym where Arnold Schwarzenegger worked out.
Fun Fact: Venice was rated as one of the nations funkiest towns by the book, FunkyTowns USA by Mark Cramer.
11. Napa Valley
Take a little trip to Yountville and stroll around. There are so many cute little shops and restaurants to check out. Make a reservation at the restaurant “French Laundry” for the ultimate experience.
Also, two must-visit places not in california are:
12. Las Vegas- make sure to check out all of the casinos, the parties at the hotel pools, and the buffets. Best buffets are: the Mirage, Bellagio, and the village buffet in the Paris hotel.
13. Grand Canyon- make sure to camp. If you want to splurge, there are river rafting or helicopter tours available. Also, there is a donkey ride down and canyon which sounds fun!
It’s been a while since I have been to Paris so I wanted to use this post to share with you all of my favorite Paris pics. Enjoy!

Spot Dessert Bar is a restaurant serving only desserts and beverages that are mix of American and asian flavors. They have created really unique and exotic flavors.
We ordered the choose the soft cheesecake which consists of passion fruit, blueberry, walnut, and maldon salt. This was my favorite.
My sister chose the Yuzu Eskimo which is Black berry, Rasberry, Oreo and Chocolate. It was a little too sour for my tastes, but she enjoyed it.
Lastly, my boyfriend ordered the Ovaltine Panna Cotta which is Banana, Fresh Milk foam, and spiced Caramelized Popcorn. This was also just okay for me, but he loved it.
Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. I’m not sure how I feel about these asian american desserts. They were all just okay for me. But I love the concept of having a dessert bar and only serving dessert…suchh a good idea.

My sister always talks about this place. She is obsessed with their almond crusted french toast. She can’t stop talking about it. Therefore, I had to try this place out.
I ordered the farmers omelette which consisted of leeks, ham, chunks of potato and gruyere. This was one of the best omelettes I have ever had. It was super fluffy and melted in my mouth. Unlike any other omelette I have ever had.
My boyfriend ordered the jumbo lump crab cake sandwich. I took a few bites. I was so delicious. I was kinda jealous.
My sister ordered the fat and fluffy french toast because the almond one is only served on weekends I guess.
Everything was amazing as expected.

Dylan’s candy bar is heaven on earth. It has each and every candy imaginable. I think my boyfriend and I spend hours in this store because I couldn’t decide what I wanted to buy. I didn’t want to spend $50 on candy. That would have been ridiculous.
I’m a big Adam fan so I was happy to find out what his favorite candies are 😉 But I was not so happy to find out that they were good and plenty.
Fun Fact: This candy store is owned by Dylan Lauren, the daughter of Ralph Lauren.
Last time I went, the café upstairs wasn’t open but I heard that recently it opened up. Next time i’ll make sure to go check that out. It looks so cute. On the site it says that the café has frozen yogurt and ice cream in unique flavors like ruggelah and candy bar blast. I can’t wait to try these out!

I first heard about this place from my friend. I wanted to go here because I love bbq food and also because they have texas sized margaritas which I love even more.
My boyfriend ordered the texas-sized mango marg. We were surprised to find that they serve their margaritas with an extra shot in a tube.
I ordered the bbq baby back ribs with cornbread and baked potato. It was amazing.
The bf ordered the texas hot dog. He said it was delicious and tasted kinda like chipolata or a french sausage.
Incredible meal. Everything was delicious. I have no complaints

Max Brenner restaurant and chocolate store is one of the most innovative restaurants I have ever encountered. The numerous ways in which he transforms chocolate is incredible and inventive. He is a chocolate genius.
Max Brenner est un restaurant et un conserver de chocolat le plus innovante que j’ai jamais rencontré. Les nombreux de moyens dont il transforme le chocolat est incroyable et innovante. Il est une génie de chocolat.
To start off, my sister, my boyfriend and I each got the burgers which were good, but not what we came for.
Pour commencer, ma soeur, mon copain, et moi, nous avons tous pris les hamburgers qui étaient bon, mais pas la raison pour laquelle on est venu.
Finally for dessert, we ordered the Chocolate Chunk Pizza with chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallows. I was on a sugar high.
Fun Fact: This pizza was shown on Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate/Pizza.”
We also decided to try the smores fondue.
Aussi, on a décidé d’essayer la fondue de smores.
It was delish.
